We ship across Pakistan and the UAE from local fulfilment, and internationally to most other markets. Domestic Pakistan orders reach Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad in 1–3 working days and other cities in 2–5. UAE orders arrive next day in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah when placed before 4pm GST.

Yes — delivery is complimentary on Pakistan orders over PKR 6,000 and UAE orders over AED 150. Below those thresholds a flat charge of PKR 250 or AED 20 applies. International rates are calculated at checkout before payment.

Cash on delivery is available throughout Pakistan on orders up to PKR 25,000. It is not offered in the UAE, where card and Apple Pay are the standard options. Prepaid orders are dispatched a day sooner on average.

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves our facility. If it has been more than 48 hours since you ordered and nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us with your order number.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, yes. Contact us within two hours of placing it and we will amend the label. Once a parcel is with the courier the address is fixed, though most couriers allow you to redirect it yourself using the tracking link.

Orders within Pakistan and the UAE are shipped duty-paid, so nothing further is owed on arrival. For other destinations, any duty or local tax is set by your own customs authority and payable by the recipient. We declare all shipments accurately as dietary supplements.

Every formulation is stability-tested to 40°C, and gummies ship in a foil-sealed jar with a desiccant to hold their texture through a Gulf or Sindh summer. If a jar arrives softened, leave it in the refrigerator for an hour — the actives are unaffected. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it.

Most ranges treat gut, skin and energy as three separate shelves. With food, as a rule. Fat-soluble vitamins need dietary fat to absorb, and taking zinc on an empty stomach is the most common cause of nausea. RECOVER is the exception and works equally well either way.

Yes. Take the morning products with suhoor and the evening product after iftar, both alongside food. Hydration and electrolytes matter more than usual during long fasts, so RECOVER after iftar is the pairing most people find useful.

Continuous use is appropriate for the daily formulations. BIOME CLEANSE is often run as a focused eight to twelve week course and then reduced to a maintenance dose. There is no requirement to cycle off, though a short break every few months is a reasonable way to reassess what is actually helping.

Yes. Creatine and NAD+ precursors act on different parts of the same energy system — one buffers ATP, the other supplies the cofactor that makes it. There is no known interaction. Take Clarity. at any consistent hour and Energize. in the morning.

No. Loading with twenty grams a day for a week shortens the time to muscle saturation but is not necessary and causes more GI discomfort. Three to five grams daily reaches the same place in three to four weeks.

Creatine, magnesium and the B vitamins do not require cycling. For NMN and NAD+ products some people prefer five days on, two off — there is no strong evidence either way, and consistency matters more than the schedule.

Gummies are the vulnerable one — above roughly 30°C they soften and can fuse. We ship them with an insulated liner in summer months. Store all products below 25°C, away from direct light, and keep the gummies in a cupboard rather than a car.

Unopened products can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. For reasons of safety we cannot resell opened supplements, but if a product does not suit you, write to us — we would rather resolve it than have you finish something that is not working.

Send a photograph and your order number within seventy-two hours of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. There is no need to return the damaged item.

Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, with the lid closed and the desiccant left in the jar. A bathroom shelf is the worst option in a humid climate; a bedroom drawer is better. Refrigeration is optional and helps gummies hold their texture in summer.

A monthly subscription saves fifteen per cent, includes free delivery at any order value, and can be paused, rescheduled or cancelled at any time without contacting us. Given that most results depend on eight to twelve weeks of consistency, it is the more sensible way to buy.
